We were thrilled to join the team at CP24 Breakfast to discuss the launch of the 2026 Princess Margaret Home Lottery. It was a fantastic opportunity to pull back the curtain on our latest collaboration and share the vision behind the design of this year’s stunning Blue Mountain retreat.
During the segment, we dove into what makes this project truly special: the intersection of modern luxury and functional design, all in support of the incredible work being done by the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.
A Modern Vision for the Blue Mountains
Designing for the Princess Margaret Home Lottery is always a unique challenge—the goal is to create a space that inspires, welcomes, and functions beautifully for a wide range of lifestyles. For this 3,470-square-foot residence, we focused on bringing in the beauty of the surrounding landscape while ensuring the interior feels warm, inviting, and truly livable.
From the dramatic vaulted ceilings to the seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, every detail in this home was considered. It was a pleasure to walk the CP24 viewers through these design choices and explain how we’ve tailored this home for the active, all-seasons spirit of Blue Mountain living.
More Than a Home
At its core, this project is about community and impact. We are incredibly proud to partner with the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation once again. Every ticket purchased for the lottery helps fund vital cancer research and care, and we are honoured to contribute a design that helps drive awareness for such a critical cause.
