This was the first of many infill projects for our office in the ever growing and ever changing area of the north end, Hamilton. This expressive form is simple yet chic, and executed perfectly by the builder / developer. The icing on the cake for this modern home is a rooftop terrace with views of the downtown core out one side of the house and Lake Ontario out the other.
