The architectural concept was shaped by the site’s newly severed grade: a five-foot reverse slope from street to rear yard. This unique condition drove a creative solution—maintaining a flush front entry while allowing the main floor to walk out seamlessly to the backyard. Carefully placed interior level changes bring spatial interest while solving complex functional challenges.
