These first time smpl clients came to us with a beautiful property and an appreciation for international design. Inspired by homes found in Australia and South America, we designed this home with an open airy feel by floating the second storey to suspend over the main floor glass. This created an elevated facade making the home appear to float in the air.

The home was then anchored with a strong linear concrete feature wall below. Building on the lightness and natural elements, the entire rear of the home is covered in a 2 storey glazed wall looking onto preserved conservation land. A stunning built-in pool is nestled inside the L-shaped rear for complete and utter privacy, ensuring every view from the interior is either land, sky, or water.Â
