Currently under construction, 1110 Morrison is the largest and most complex project SMPL Design Studio has undertaken since our inception in 2010. With 10,000 square feet of living space, this design features 5 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a home theatre, a home gym, with a spacious master bedroom wing. The rear of the house is accentuated with a wall of glass that is 60’wide and 24’ tall. The glass element of the house permits plenty of natural light to enter the space and allows its owners to embrace the beauty of the natural landscape that exists in the backyard. This gem is already the talk of the neighbourhood and is sure to become a focal point of the community upon completion.
