PROJECT 341

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
INTERIOR DESIGN
PERMITTING & PLANNING
SITE RESEARCH

Originally built in a classic 1970’s era style, this home was stripped and re-designed for a fresh modern update that would better suit the lifestyle of our client while still blending in with its vintage surroundings. The ‘bones’ of the house were largely untouched; however, the kitchen and bathrooms were relocated to maximize the flow of the space. Large, thick paned, black framed, windows replaced outdated ones to save energy and enhance the natural light throughout the house. Stark white walls, flat panel doors, and recessed trim accentuate the warm custom millwork of a Burlington based cabinet maker. The main living quarters of the home adjoin almost seamlessly to a stylish poolside lounge fit for royalty.
